Our Return Policy
You can return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. Items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original packaging with tags attached
- In resalable condition (no stains, odors, or damage)
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Boogie Boards (due to potential water exposure)
- SharkBanz products (specialized safety equipment)
- Swimwear (Boardshorts and Rashguards) if the hygiene seal is broken
How to Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to initiate your return or exchange:
- Contact Us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for Approval – We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions
- Package Your Item – Use the original packaging if possible
- Ship It Back – Send to: Surf Supplyz, 229 Fannie Street, Wilmington, US 01887
- Get Refunded – Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3-5 business days after we receive it):
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days and may take 3-10 business days to appear in your account depending on your payment method
- Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect
Exchanges
Want a different size or color? No problem!
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly indicate in your email that you want an exchange and specify the replacement item
- We’ll ship your new item as soon as we receive your return (standard shipping rates apply)
For faster exchanges, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item separately.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your surf gear arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right! Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and we’ll arrange a free replacement or refund.
International Returns
Since we ship worldwide (except some Asian and remote regions), please note:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Customs fees are non-refundable
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
