We’re quick like a perfect wave break! All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Carriers: DHL or FedEx
• Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipping

2. Free Shipping
• Available on orders over $50
• Carrier: EMS
• Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping

Note: We ship worldwide except to some Asian and remote regions. International orders may be subject to customs fees which are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Policy

You can return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn and unused
  • Original packaging with tags attached
  • In resalable condition (no stains, odors, or damage)

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Boogie Boards (due to potential water exposure)
  • SharkBanz products (specialized safety equipment)
  • Swimwear (Boardshorts and Rashguards) if the hygiene seal is broken

How to Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to catch your refund wave:

  1. Contact Us within 15 days at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for Approval – We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions
  3. Package Your Item – Use the original packaging if possible

  5. Get Refunded – Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund

Refund Information

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3-5 business days):

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days and may take 3-10 business days to appear in your account depending on your payment method
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect

Exchanges

Want a different size or color? No problem!

  • Follow the same return process above
  • Clearly indicate in your email that you want an exchange and specify the replacement item
  • We’ll ship your new item as soon as we receive your return (standard shipping rates apply)

Pro Tip: For faster exchanges, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item separately.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your surf gear arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right! Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and we’ll arrange a free replacement or refund.

International Returns

For our global surf family:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs fees are non-refundable
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
