Surf Supplyz is your go-to online shop for all things surf and beach lifestyle. We offer high-quality gear including backpacks, bags, boardshorts, dresses, hats, jackets, pants, sandals, shoes, and specialized surf equipment. Our mission is to keep you stoked from purchase to delivery and beyond!

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate information. You’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. Any activities under your account are your responsibility.
3. Products & Services
3.1 Product Descriptions
We do our best to describe products accurately, but colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings. If a product isn’t as described, you may return it (see our Returns section).
3.2 Product Availability
All items are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we’ll notify you and refund any payments made for that item.
3.3 Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Boogie Boards (due to potential water exposure)
- SharkBanz products (specialized safety equipment)
- Swimwear (Boardshorts and Rashguards) if the hygiene seal is broken
4. Orders & Payments
4.1 Placing Orders
When you place an order, you’re making an offer to purchase which we may accept or decline. We’ll send an order confirmation email when we receive your order.
4.2 Payment Methods

4.3 Pricing
Prices are in USD and don’t include taxes or shipping unless stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes won’t affect confirmed orders.
5. Shipping & Delivery
5.1 Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
5.2 Shipping Options
We offer two shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping – $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipping)
- Free Shipping – Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipping)
5.3 Delivery Areas
We ship worldwide except to some Asian and remote regions. International orders may be subject to customs fees which are the customer’s responsibility.
5.4 Delivery Issues
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number.
6. Returns & Refunds
6.1 Return Policy
You can return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible:
- Items must be unworn and unused
- Original packaging with tags attached
- In resalable condition (no stains, odors, or damage)
6.2 Return Process
To return an item:

- Wait for return approval and instructions
- Package your item (use original packaging if possible)

6.3 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 3-5 business days):
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days
- May take 3-10 business days to appear in your account
- Issued to your original payment method
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
6.4 Exchanges
Want a different size or color? Follow the return process and indicate you want an exchange. We’ll ship your new item as soon as we receive your return.

All content on our site (logos, text, graphics, etc.) is our property or our licensors’ and protected by copyright laws. You may not use our content without our written permission.
